Will Whitening Make My Teeth Sensitive?
Some sensitivity during whitening is common, and it is usually temporary. It tends to present as short, sharp twinges rather than lasting discomfort, and it typically settles once treatment finishes.
That said, sensitivity is very manageable. We can adjust the strength of the gel, change how long it is worn, space treatments further apart, or use a desensitizing product alongside it.

As a general rule, results are maintained for considerably longer when you keep your trays and use an occasional top-up rather than waiting until the color has fully relapsed.
